To enroll your children
is as easy as 1-2-3-4
Step 1
PARENTS

ATTEND A FREE PARENTS' INFORMATION MEETING.
Step 2
STUDENT

TAKES A FREE ASSESSMENT TEST.

Each child’s skill set is being assessed individually.
The appropriate starting point is determined by information gathered from:
1) individualized assessment test
2) individualized diagnosis

Step 3
INSTRUCTOR

SHARES THE TEST RESULTS WITH PARENTS AND DETERMINES THE RIGHT STARTING LEVEL AND GOES OVER INDIVIDUALIZED STUDY PLAN WITH PARENTS AND STUDENTS.
A study objective is agreed upon.  PEL program is administered according to the child’s skill set.  After the appropriate study level is determined, if it is a new learning concept, the why and how will be explained in the worksheets. Instructor and Team guide, coach, provide support as needed and fade when student can independently perform the task.
Step 4
ONGOING
INSTRUCTOR AND TEAM PROVIDE APPROPRIATE GUIDANCE.

At PEL, we recognize guiding a student who does not need it, is an error as serious as failing to provide guidance when it is needed.  A guidance in need is a guidance indeed. Implementing the correct instructional delivery level for each learning objective helps students become self-sufficient quickly.
